Happy day 23! It’s the final day for the Google My Business portion of our #30daysofmonkeymarketing and today we are sharing one last tip that’s an added touch, but a convenient one!
That tip is setting up messaging on your Google My Business account. Setting up messaging lets customers ask quick questions at any time! It also is a great way to communicate with customers and free up your phone lines and inbox, which is a total win!
To set up messaging:
- Head to your Google My Business account
- Located the “messages” button on the left side of the page
- Tap on it
- Find the gear button and tap on it
- Tap the dial next to the “turn on messages” button – it will be blue when it’s on
And that’s it! Easy right?! Messaging is a great way for customers to reach you in real-time!
